Yılmaz YAZICIOGLU was born in 1963 in Istanbul. Graduated from Italian High Scholl in 1982 Got into Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1983 and received his bachelor degree in Law in 1987. He is registered with the Istanbul Bar Association since 1989, under the registration number 15670. Delegate of the Union of Turkish Bar Association on 2010-2011 period. His academic career started at Marmara University Faculty of Law in 1989 as a Research Assistant at Criminal and Criminal Proceeding Law Department.
